We deliver insights at critical points of care for better decisions - from streamlining prior authorizations to delivering comprehensive medication histories to facilitating messages between providers.Job SummaryThe Senior Product Analyst - Patient Experience will play an essential role in shaping the future of Surescripts' digital products and platforms by conducting market research and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative customer and consumer data. The incumbent will translate into actionable insights to inform strategic product decisions, enhance user experiences, and support business growth. The Senior Product Analyst - Patient Experience also leads collaborative efforts with product teams, stakeholders, and users, focusing on user-centered design principles and ongoing data-driven improvements to continually refine and optimize products.ResponsibilitiesInitiates user research to collect data and recommend enhancements to existing product portfolioAnalyze user behavior across multiple market segments, adoption and utilization rates, and other metrics to identify trends and opportunitiesGathers and interprets user feedback across market segments, translating into actionable insights and recommends product enhance ideasFacilitates collaboration with other product teams and internal stakeholders to improve products through continuous data-driven improvementsCleary documents findings and recommendations for Product Manager and internal stakeholdersProduct SME, representing the product internally across Surescripts, with customers, and externally at industry events as neededAct as a liaison between internal/external stakeholders and partnersLead Pilot and Early Adopter programs in collaboration with Account Management and Customer Success. This includes, creating documentation, defining success criteria, gathering metrics, conducting data analysis, and transition to General Availability operationalizationDevelop and maintain product documentation for support teams and technical teamsEducate internal stakeholders on product functionality, issues, updates, etc.Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify, diagnose and address product related issuesQualificationsBasic Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in related, progressive roles3+ years digital consumer experience or ecommerceConversant in the product lifecycle (Ideate, Define, Build, Launch, Manage)Preferred Qualifications:2+years of experience assessing market and customer needs for information products and servicesExperience using reporting systems (i.e. Tableau, Salesforce, Crystal Reports, etc.), including writing SQL queriesUser-Experience Design training or backgroundExperience with Aha! for Product ManagementSurescripts embraces flexibility through its Flexible Hybrid Work model for most positions. The base pay range for this position is $122,300 - $149,500 per year. Your base pay may vary within or outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including (but not limited to) your qualifications, skills, experience, and location.Benefits include, but are not limited to, comprehensive healthcare (including infertility coverage), generous paid time off including paid childbirth and parental leave and mental health days, pet insurance, and 401(k) with company match and immediate vesting.
