Senior Product Manager - Pricing at Best Buy

Job Description

As a Sr. Product Manager on Best Buy's Pricing team, you'll help build and scale enterprise-wide platforms that power customer-centric experiences across stores and online. Partnering with teams across engineering, legal, marketing, and operations, you'll deliver solutions that drive key business outcomes such as margin, competitive pricing, promotional events, compliance, and customer satisfaction. You'll also design and implement experimentation plans using A/B testing frameworks to measure impact, and present results to C-suite stakeholders. Success in this role means being a strategic, technically deep thinker who can navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and design scalable solutions that achieve measurable business outcomes.This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.What You'll DoSupport the definition and execution of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Pricing Services teamsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform scalability, compliance, and business impactAssist in communicating product value, progress, and trade-offs to stakeholders and leadershipUse data insights and market research to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for customer engagementContribute to establishing product operational routines such as OKRs, reviews, and prioritization processesWork closely with product managers and teams to deliver on key project milestones and objectivesFoster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration within the teamImplement best products practices and continuously evolve the ways of working for the product teamsBasic qualifications2 years of Product Management experience, OR experience working with development, User experience, strategy, etc.1 year of relevant experience in strategy creation, customer-focused solutioning, cross-functional leadership, etc.Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field OR equivalent experiencePreferred qualifications4 years of Product Management experience, OR experience working with development, User experience, Strategy, etc.2 years of experience with direct people management and team managementExperience working in the retail/e-commerce pricing domainWhat's in it for youWe're committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
