We use each experience as an opportunity to grow.As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be working directly with the Patient Experience team, with a particular focus on our regulatory products and solutions. You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment where you will work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and bring to market our products. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about understanding our users and customers, and who loves creating amazing user experiences.Key Responsibilities:Stay current on CAHPS program updates, submission deadlines, and methodology changes, translating them into product requirements.Develop, document, and maintain product strategy by analyzing product performance, identifying and filling product gaps, and generating new ideas that grow market share, improve client experience, and drive growth.Translate product strategy into the product roadmap containing new product development, as well as product enhancements & refinements. Design, scope, and prioritize requirements based on business and client impact, and create product specifications for engineering.The design team to make sure that user experience is integrated from day one for accessible products which are attractive, intuitive, and efficient.The engineering team to ensure the product is brought to market according to business requirements and client expectations.Qualifications: 5+ years of SaaS product management experience, preferably within healthcare Experience with CAHPS regulatory processes and products, is a very strong plusHave a passion for user experience, getting to the root of user problems, and solving them creatively while still balancing the needs of the business Understanding of key technologies and ability to converse at a technical level; can understand work effort and trade-offs with technical solutions Experience with customer/client management, and managing the tension between customers' wants and needs Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies, including managing all aspects of a successful product through its lifecycle Excellent strategic thinking, analytical and critical thinking skills Superior project management, time management, and organizational skills, and the ability to quickly adapt to multiple priorities Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification.
