Senior Product Manager at WCF Insurance

The product team has an immediate opening for someone who can demonstrate the WCF values to join their team as a full-time Senior Product Manager reporting to the Director Product Management. The person in this position works out of WCFs Sandy Utah headquarters or one of the regional offices located in Roseville CA; Boise ID; Denver CO Phoenix AZ or Las Vegas NV. Hybrid (office/home) work is available after training. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute product and pricing strategies for assigned areas ensuring alignment with enterprise goals. Monitor performance and adjust strategies to achieve profitability and growth. Provide strategic insights and lead initiatives to support enterprise objectives.Analyze market customer and competitor data to inform product decisions. Stay current on industry trends to identify opportunities and risks. Advocate for customer needs in product planning and development.Lead pricing initiatives using data-driven methods and predictive analytics.Ensure pricing strategies are competitive compliant and aligned with business objectives.Collaborate across departments to implement product and pricing changes.Represent assigned products and geographies in cross-functional forums and to senior leadership.Influence decision-making through clear communication and data-backed recommendations.Mentor junior team members share best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement. QualificationsBachelors degree in business economics engineering insurance mathematics statistics or a related field. Minimum of seven years of experience in commercial lines insurance with a strong background in product management pricing strategy or related disciplines.Ability to lead initiatives and influence cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into business outcomes.Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.Experience mentoring or coaching others in a professional setting.Understanding of market dynamics regulatory environments and competitive landscapes.
