The RolePresidio Engineering Manager / Senior Manager - Product Engineering leads the design and delivery of modern, cloud-native applications across AWS, Azure, and GCP. This role builds high-performing global teams that drive technical excellence, delivery quality, and engineering consistency across Presidio's Digital Practice.As a key partner to the VP of Product Engineering, you will strengthen delivery governance, accelerate modernization initiatives, and enhance operational maturity across distributed teams. This is a hands-on leadership role, balancing technical depth with people management, client engagement, and process improvement.Responsibilities include:* Practice and Delivery Leadership o Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, and GCP.o Ensure delivery quality through strong architecture, clear standards, and proactive risk management.o Partner across AppDev, Data, and Cloud practices to maintain alignment on delivery models and technology direction.o Support Presidio's digital roadmap through standardization, best practices, and continuous improvement.o Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Solution Owners on scoping, delivery estimates, and proposals.o Balance hands-on technical leadership with effective delivery management to achieve business outcomes.* Team and Talent Developmento Manage and coach a team of engineers and architects, fostering accountability, learning, and collaboration.o Drive professional growth through mentoring, training, and exposure to client delivery.o Partner with global leadership to optimize utilization, delivery quality, and team engagement.* Technology and Innovationo Promote modern engineering practices including DevSecOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).o Encourage adoption of automation and AI-assisted tools to enhance productivity and speed.o Lead the use of reusable solution accelerators and delivery frameworks that improve consistency and quality.* Collaboration and Growtho Represent Presidio in client architecture discussions, workshops, and solution design sessions.o Partner with Sales, Solution Owners, and Practice Leaders to identify and pursue delivery opportunities.o Collaborate across delivery teams to strengthen governance, communication, and client satisfaction. Required Skills and Professional Experience * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).* 10+ years of software or product engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role.* Proven success delivering cloud-native or hybrid applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.* Strong technical foundation in Java, C#, Python, Node.js, React, or Angular.* Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, and serverless architectures.* Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Ansible.* Understanding of automation and AI integration in modern engineering workflows.* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business domains.* Must be a US Citizen and ability to obtain government security clearance Preferred Skills and Professional Experience * Experience in consulting or client-facing software delivery.* Exposure to data engineering or end-to-end digital solution delivery.* Certifications in AWS, Azure, GCP, Agile, or Product Ownership.* Experience managing distributed or global engineering teams.* Strong alignment with Presidio's values of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and client focus Your future at PresidioJoiningPresidiomeans stepping into aculture of trailblazers-thinkers, builders, and collaborators-who push the boundaries of what's possible.
