WHO YOULL WORK WITHYou will report directly to the Production Art Manager or Senior Manager while working in collaboration with fellow Graphic Production Artists and Graphic Designers. Your primary cross functional partners will be Apparel Design Graphic Design Product Management Technical Development and Material Development.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are looking for a Senior Production Artist to join the Apparel Graphic Production team. We are looking for a designer who loves the technical details of the graphic process as well as finding new ways of working. We are experts at putting art on both physical prototypes and digital renders. This role amplifies graphic design by delivering flawless production-ready files. They are a trusted resource within the team creating detailed and accurate graphic schematics with the ability to run point for Production Art within given categories by attending meetings identifying personal action items and being available as the go-to graphic production resource for a greater cross-functioning addition they will coach and lead our team into new ways of working. This candidate needs to have a creative mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment while keeping production moving forward.This posting is for multiple production roles across the Apparel Graphic Production team.Bachelors degree in graphic design or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience5 years of experience in a design and/or production environmentProficient knowledge of Illustrator and Adobe SuiteAdvanced of graphic applications such as ink types and trim substratesUnderstanding of product lifecycle and key deliverablesExpert-Level listening communication and organizational skillsProven ability to support and lead peers in new tools and ways of workingAbility to navigate ambiguity while continuing to collaborate with the teamLaser focus on the critical details that often get missedAbility to multi-task amidst competing prioritiesCuriosity for learning and building a strong design communityExperience in 3D apparel programs (CLO or Lotta) is preferredUnderstanding of Smartsheets Airtable and Miro is a plusA love for sports is a bonus but a love for design is essentialWHAT YOULL WORK ONIf this is you you will be working on highly visible product across uniforms tees and cut and sew in one of the following sport offense Olympics NFL MLB or College. This is where sport design and culture meet and where we are redefining graphics for both athletes and fans. You will work with Design to create and finalize graphic details across multiple levels of product from on-athlete to retail. You will be inspired and challenged by a wide range of responsibilities and experiences.You will do this by leveraging 2D and 3D tools. A typical day could include Production Art meetings and alignment high-volume schematic creation and lay-down product page creation creating documentation for downstream partners and reviewing addition to creation you will be responsible for tracking and maintaining updates on all appropriate files for accuracy through final approval.
