Senior Production Manager at Synerfac

In this role you will lead and manage all activities within the production department ensuring alignment with company policies and applicable laws while supervising staff and coordinating with other departments to meet QMS procedures and operational goals. Responsibilities include reviewing customer orders inventory levels and production capacity to establish scheduling priorities and output targets as well as developing and implementing production schedules to meet quality standards and delivery timelines. You will oversee hiring training performance evaluations and disciplinary actions for assigned employees while monitoring and reporting on key production metrics such as output labor hours and operational issues to the Unit Manager and corporate staff. Compliance is essential requiring preparation of documentation and employee training on QMS OSHA and company policies. This role also drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency safety and product quality maintains accurate inventory levels and collaborates across departments to support production needs and good manufacturing practices. Additionally you will track and maintain records related to time production efficiency and quality while adhering to all regulations policies procedures safety rules and instructions and performing other duties as required.The ideal candidate will bring 8-10 years of experience in a manufacturing or process-driven environment including 2-3 years in a supervisory or management role preferably overseeing large teams. A hands-on leader this individual should be willing to work directly on the production floor when needed and possess strong mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of production equipment and processes. A bachelors degree from an accredited college or university is preferred though equivalent relevant experience will be considered; a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Candidates should be proficient with computers and digital tools demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills and be physically capable of lifting up to 55 lbs independently and up to 100 lbs with assistance as well as standing for extended periods. Forklift experience or certification is considered a plus.
