Senior Program Execution LeadCompany:The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Program Execution Lead to join the team in Dallas TX; Berkeley MO; North Charleston SC; Everett WA; Huntsville AL; Mesa AZ; San Antonio TX; Seattle WA; Tukwila WA El Segundo CA; Long Beach CA; Miami FL; Ridley Park PA; Plano TX; or Arlington VA.Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) is modernizing its foundational Product Data Management (PDM) Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ER&P) systems; enhancing its data strategies; and improving alignment of its execution processes via the Sapphire program a joint effort between BDS and Boeing Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S).We are seeking a seasoned Program Execution Lead to drive consistent disciplined execution and continuous improvement across this large complex transformation.In joining the team you will have a specific focus on owning solution-level planning and execution for Sapphire maintaining roadmaps and the Architectural Runway prioritizing the solution backlog preparing and driving Planning Interval (PI)/Solution Planning resolving crossIntegrated Project Planning (IPT) dependencies and providing clear decision-support to leadership.Position Responsibilities:Drive continuous improvement across the program by identifying and implementing enhancements to planning and execution processesIdentify manage and proactively resolve crossIPT dependencies conflicts and daytoday blockers to keep execution on trackLead coach and reinforce adoption of the Program Execution Playbook program management best practices and standard ways of workingSupport program decisionmaking by synthesizing key insights surfacing risks and ensuring clear timely communicationPromote Agile behaviors including iteration planning discipline backlog hygiene and effective crossteam collaborationCoordinate or facilitate crossfunctional solutionlevel planning and alignment ceremonies as neededMaintain a clear intent/vision and an Architectural Runway view for major solutionsEnsure solutionlevel roadmaps are defined feasible and aligned to business objectivesPrioritize capabilities and manage the solutionlevel backlog in partnership with Proprietary Information of Others (PIO) architects IPTs and functional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)Facilitate collaboration across PIO architects IPTs and SMEs to maintain alignment on execution and prioritiesProvide the PIO with a realtime accurate view of risks constraints and tradeoffsSupport PI/Solution Planning by providing the upfront structure and clarity needed to make planning effectiveTrack and communicate programlevel Statement of Work (SOW) prioritization and statusBasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):5 years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teamsExperience with Agile program management principlesExperience mentoring coaching guiding and leading teamsExperience using strong analytical and problem solving skillsExperience in a role that required excellent communication project management presentation and facilitation skillsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):10 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceBachelors degree or higherExperience influencing and building relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions and/or programsExperience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with senior management customers stakeholders peers and partnersExperience delivering large-scale cross-functional digital transformation programs preferably in defense aerospace or other highly regulated industriesExperience working with solutioning and implementation of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)/ERP Systems or any large Enterprise SystemExperience with Product Data Manager (PDM) Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations and integrations including data migration and system-of-record considerationsExperience owning solution roadmaps Architectural Runway and PI/Solution Planning at scale (Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or similar frameworks)Experience with Agile program structuresExperience negotiating tradeoffs and resource commitments across organizational boundariesDrug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana cocaine opioids amphetamines PCP and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Pay & Benefits:At Boeing we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract engage and retain the top talent.
