This is an excellent opportunity to develop new skills support process improvements and help ensure the best customer experience as part of a dynamic and growing organization.About the RoleAs a Senior Supplier Services Program Coordinator you will support OCIs colocation supplier management program with a strong focus on contract administration. You will assist in coordinating contract lifecycles tracking compliance with contract terms and maintaining documentation. Youll work closely with senior team members to coordinate activities track performance metrics and contribute to day-to-day operational tasks. Your role is key in ensuring efficient operations and providing timely support to internal stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesAssist with managing supplier performance and relationships under direct supervisionSupport contract administration activities including maintaining contracts coordinating renewals and ensuring supplier adherence to contractual obligationsTrack and report on key performance indicators analyzing data to identify basic trendsSupport the implementation of operational processes and procedures to improve efficiencyCollaborate with other departments such as engineering field operations procurement and finance to help meet organizational goalsProvide timely responses to customer and supplier issues via ticket managementPrepare communication materials (newsletters status updates meeting content)Work with internal teams to identify and report process gaps or contract-related issues requiring escalationParticipate in business meetings and contribute to executive write-ups as directedRequirements2-4 years of relevant program coordination operations or contract administration experience (preferably in data center IT or enterprise environments)Bachelors degree in business operations supply chain engineering or equivalent experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to organize work manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesFamiliarity with basic data analysis and reporting toolsAble to work effectively as part of a team with some experience collaborating across departments or globally distributed teamsFlexible adaptable and comfortable with changes in directionEagerness to learn and develop new skills; proactive approach to taking on new challengesPreferredExperience supporting virtual teams or remote work environmentsTrack record of taking initiative and contributing to process and contract improvementsQualificationsDisclaimer:Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements such as immunization and occupational health mandates.Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations onlyUS: Hiring Range in USD from: $78000 to $158200 per annum.
