This role calls for a leader eager to operate within a fast-moving, evolving portfolio that encompasses all program phases from development through production and sustainment. You will be leading a sustainment program where you will be responsible to direct interaction with the customer and other external entities, proposal preparation and negotiations, and internal cross-functional leadership. In addition, you will provide support to other development and production programs. You will lead through strong cross-functional engagement, partnering closely with Engineering, Operations, Mission Assurance, Supply Chain, Finance, and Contracts to execute programs with rigor. Managing financial performance, including cost, schedule, and margin is essential, along with organic growth through the assigned programs.
