Senior Program Manager - RT Level IIIJob LocationsUS-FL-Fort MyersID2025-17473OverviewOur Element Fort Myers location is seeking a Program Manager, ASNT Radiographic testing (RT) Level III with strong technical and program management experience to manage the Radiography Department - within both lab and field services. This position is located onsite at our Fort Myers, FL location.Relocation Assistance available. ResponsibilitiesReview and provide approval of reports developed at NIC Fort Myers Lab.Supervise NDT Level II technician(s)Maintain and communicate project status in a timely mannerCoordinate with the client(s), employees and required support personnel and define any purchasing, licensing, recruiting and compliance issuesDevelop & Maintain relationships with current & prospective clientsManage field leads and techniciansTrack and dispatch RT rigs, ensuring minimal loss of billable time / maximum daily rig utilization;Frequently visit site locations to establish and maintain good working relationships with customers;Manage NDE and Safety equipment utilization;Communication of company policy/ contractual commitment to employees and clients.Define RT program scope, goals, deliverables, and success metricsDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocationsDrive continuous improvement in program execution and governanceSkills / QualificationsASNT Level III RT Radiographic testing Required. CWI Preferred or ability to obtain.
