This is a full-time CONUS position requiring an active DoD TS/SCI clearance. What Youll DoAs a Senior Program Specialist you will play a critical role in emerging technologies and strategic insights to support mission objectives. This role requires developing articulating and communicating a clear strategic vision across all Joint Directorates as well as with academic partners and foreign mission counterparts.In this role you will:Apply capabilities such as: graph store RDF Triples Location Based Intelligence AI/ML Data enrichment pipelines and GIS systems.Provide technical operational and intelligence advisory support that enable the command its subordinate units and other strategic and operational partners to integrate within a technology platform. Provide specialized expertise during the planning and execution of military exercises and operations. Conduct briefings and debriefings related to technology integration task management and mitigation. Create system architecture overview implementation product example briefings for use at both internal and external events to include the public. Create and maintain project milestones and roadmaps. Mentor train and advise senior leadership. Mentor train and advise senior leadership.Working knowledge of Esri ArcGIS Enterprise systems What Youll BringRequired Qualifications:Education & Experience: Masters degree or minimum of 11 years experience supporting DoD and/or Interagency organizations.Technical Expertise: Demonstrate experience in the early adoption of technology comprehension of emerging technology and SC strategic with cross functional technology.Certifications:Must have a current and active DoD TS/SCI security clearance.Proficient with modern IT tools and infrastructure technologiesTravel & PassportSome overnight stays possible. Work EnvironmentCompliance with vaccination and medical requirements for TDY/OCONUS roles as per Vaccine Recommendations by AOR .Office setting:Primarily an office-based role in Doral FLStandard desk/computer work with flexibility for walking and movement on siteMust be able to work in an office environment sitting at a desk looking at a computer for most of the workday.Work is physically comfortable; the employee has discretion about sitting walking standing etc.May be required to travel short distances to offices/conference rooms and buildings on site.
