You will be responsible for delivering high quality work forming and maintaining valuable long-term relationships with our clients and continually strengthening your technical and industry knowledge.Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. You have a philanthropic drive and will embody our Patient Focused and People First Mission through the involvement in professional development and philanthropic opportunities.How will you spend your days as a Consultant Project Controls EngineeringProduce key project controls deliverables including:o Detailed project schedules using MS Project Oracle Primavera P6 or Smartsheets.o Feasibility estimates risks forecasts and What-if scenario analysiso Project cost reports and trend analysiso Comprehensive weekly and monthly project summary reports for stakeholders.o Critical Path Analysiso Preparing Agendas leading meetings tracking Risk Actions Issues Decisions for the team.o Budget estimatesAnalyze complex project data and then deliver clear articulate and concise messages in a compelling manner to support decision making.Communicating with 3rd party vendors on behalf of the client to drive to their timelines.Gain a general understanding of Earned Value Analysis and PO management tools.Maintain internal site tools such as site dashboards deliverable trackers etc.Create alignment with cross-functional client departments including Design Construction Validation Manufacturing Quality Supply Chain and Engineering. (Moved to bottom).Examples of our core services within the life science space include: Capital Project Management (including Project Controls and Scheduling); Facility Management & Builds; Tech Transfers; Validation Life Cycle (including Commissioning and Qualification Process Validation Computer System Validation etc.); GxP Automated Systems; Due Diligence & Business Strategy; Quality Regulatory & Compliance.Required: Bachelors Degree in Life Science Engineering Supply Chain Construction Management or related discipline (OR a combination of equivalent work experience in Project Controls cGMP facility start-up project management and/or comparable military experience). Minimum 5 years of scheduling and/or project controls experience. Experience with Microsoft Project Primavera P6 and/or Smartsheet necessary. Willing to be on-site Full-time as client projects require.
