Title : Senior Project Manager–Transportation Location : Temple, TX or Georgetown, TX (Onsite) Duration : Full-Time Job Description: Looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager (Transportation) to lead and manage civil engineering design projects. This person will oversee all project phases—from design to construction—while mentoring engineers and coordinating with agencies like TxDOT and local municipalities. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage transportation engineering projects from design through construction. Supervise and mentor engineers, EITs, and CAD technicians. Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget. Coordinate permitting and approvals with TxDOT and local agencies. Review design documents for quality and compliance. Conduct site visits and manage construction progress. Must-Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Professional Engineer (PE) license. 10+ years of experience in transportation or civil engineering projects. Experience managing TxDOT or municipal transportation projects. Strong project management and leadership skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Preferred Skills: Experience preparing project drawings and technical specifications.
