Summary:A civil engineering firm is looking to hire a Senior PM in Jacksonville. This individual will serve as a key leader-acting as the right-hand project manager to department leadership-while overseeing civil/site development projects across multiple markets nationwide. This role blends project delivery client management business development financial ownership and team leadership. Ideal candidates bring strong technical knowledge a PE license and the ability to drive project success from concept through completion.Responsibilities:* Lead and manage civil/site development projects including:- Land development plans- Stormwater management- Water and sanitary sewer design- Soil erosion and sediment control design- Grading and other site-related engineering tasks* Oversee permitting processes with city county and state regulatory agencies.* Ensure quality control of project deliverables.* Manage competing project deadlines and prioritize workload effectively.* Act as a primary client-facing representative for key projects.* Support business development activities and contribute to growing new and existing client relationships.* Prepare proposals scopes of work and budgets.* Provide insight on project billing financial performance and accounts receivable.* Mentor train and support junior staff to help build a high-performing Civil/Site team.* Contribute to hiring decisions and support overall team growth and structure.* Role will support a wide variety of national projects including:- Coffee shop and restaurant developments (e.g. drive-through concepts)- Data centers and industrial facilities- Residential and mixed-use developments- Childcare centers- Additional commercial and industrial site projects across markets in FL PA MI TX and WVQualifications* Professional Engineer (PE) license required.* 10 years of civil/site design experience.* Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D.* Experience in project billing performance evaluation and business development.* Project Management experience.Required Experience:Senior IC Key Skills Baan,Highway Design,Account Management,Bus Driving,Corporate Risk Management,Concierge Employment Type : Contract Experience: years Vacancy: 1
