This role leads internal teams, manages client relationships, oversees financial performance, and ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. Summary of Qualifications 10+ years of commercial construction experience with a General Contractor Proven experience managing $20M+ projects (or multiple concurrent projects) Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and change management Experience leading PMs, APMs, and Project Engineers Excellent communication with owners, architects, and trade partners Procore experience strongly preferred Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) Interested in hearing more?
