Job Description

Job Title: Senior Project Manager Energy Storage & Infrastructure Execution Job Location: Juno Beach FL Job Type: Long-term contract Position Overview The Senior Project Manager is responsible for full lifecycle field execution of large-scale energy storage and infrastructure projects ranging from $200 million to $1.5 billion. Once the project transitions to execution the Project Manager becomes the central authority for all project-associated departments including Development Business Management Project Controls Engineering ISC and other supporting functions. This role requires exceptional leadership across engineering construction safety cost control scheduling and regulatory compliance. The Project Manager will also serve as the companys representative with community stakeholders and regulatory agencies at local national and international levels. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Operations Lead and manage all field execution activities for large-scale energy storage projects. Oversee cross-functional teams including engineering construction project controls development supply chain and commissioning. Provide direct oversight of employee and staff management at the project site. Safety & Compliance Ensure strict compliance with corporate and industry safety standards. Act as primary liaison with regulatory agencies for permitting inspections and compliance approvals. Project Execution & EPC Oversight Manage project execution for battery energy storage systems (BESS) including: Power electronics Battery storage system design Substation integration Oversee commissioning start-up and operational readiness of each facility. Project Management Lead all aspects of project management including: Contract administration Project planning Cost management Time and schedule management Quality assurance Resolve technical and construction challenges by collaborating with suppliers engineers and regulatory authorities. Stakeholder & Public Relations Serve as the projects primary representative with: Local community stakeholders Corporate communications Government and regulatory agencies Maintain strong external relationships to support successful project delivery. Required Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Engineering Construction Management Project Management or related field 11 15 years of experience managing large-scale energy storage or comparable infrastructure projects Proven experience integrating engineering design construction execution and financial controls Strong understanding of battery storage systems power electronics and substation integration Expertise in safety management contract administration and permitting processes Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications PMP Certification Experience managing billion-dollar EPC or energy infrastructure projects Familiarity with large utility-scale or renewable energy construction environments Key Skills Business Development,Electrical Engineering,Management Experience,HVAC,Territory Management,Project Management,Quality Control,Contract Management,Budgeting,Program Development,Public Speaking,Contracts Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
