The role requires both technical command and emotional intelligence someone equally comfortable managing complex budgets and inspiring skilled craftsmen.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end execution of multi-million-dollar luxury residential and estate projects.Oversee planning scheduling budgeting and subcontractor coordination.Manage site logistics and access for mountain conditions (slope elevation snow management).Provide leadership across all phases from design collaboration through close-out.Deliver projects on time on budget and to exacting quality standards.Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients architects and trade partners.Mentor project teams and uphold the firms values of safety excellence and integrity.Required Experience:Senior IC Key Skills Business Development,Project Management Methodology,Project / Program Management,PMBOK,Waterfall,Wastewater,Construction Management,Project Management,Project Management Software,Microsoft Project,Budgeting,Contracts Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
