Job DescriptionJob DescriptionResponsibilitiesPrepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned projectsMonitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specificationsInteract daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the fieldPerform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project statusCooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical supportRequirements and skillsProven working experience as an Assistant Project ManagerAdvanced MS Office skillsAbility to use math/complete calculationsFamiliarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standardsAbility to work with multiple discipline projectsProject management and supervision skillsDecision making ability and leadership skillsTime management – ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlinesOrganizational and Problem-Solving SkillsInterpretation of Construction DrawingsEthical ConductComputer LiterateGood communication & documentation of work products are essentialIndustry Related Requirements:Must hold a valid TWIC CardMust be able to pass all Safety Council related coursesMust undergo Pre-Employment Screening (physical, drug & alcohol screen, audiogram, fit test if applicable)Must hold a valid Driver’s License to operate company equipment and/or vehiclesThe individual who occupies this position must not pose a direct threat or significant risk of substantial harm to the health or safety of the individual or others that cannot be eliminated or reduced by reasonable accommodation
