Senior Project Manager at Infosys

Infosys is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager.This positions primary responsibility is to manage all aspects of projects to ensure that the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives; The role holder is expected to prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project & provide status reports regarding key deliverables milestones dependencies risks and issues & keep the leadership updated. This role will give you an opportunity to build & lead a strong on-site project team & motivate team members to meet project goals adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.Required Qualification:Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Atlanta GA/ Boca Raton FLor be willing to relocate to the area. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.Experience and Production supportProficient in ITIL processesor similar software enabling team to create production support processesExperienceinProject Managementwith PMP or CSM / SAFe certifications.Experience as Project technologies.Preferred Qualifications:At least 8yrs of overall experience in Information Technology SpaceAt least 3 years of experience leading/managing teams of developersAn ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communicationProactive risk management to ensure project deliveryFocused governance over project scope and identification of additional project opportunitiesCommitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic prioritiesExperience in Scrum / Agile methodology andhandling teams at Onshore andOffshore.Develop project timelines proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completionAct as a liaison between technical teams and clients facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviewsSupport the technical team in following SDLC/ITILprocesses ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specificationsMonitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectationsContribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope strategy and key deliverablesIdentify scope alterations and new client requests support in effort estimation obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign-offsStrong communication and Analytical skillsExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentThe job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face.
