Senior Project Manager – Endur Trading Systems (Houston, TX | Hybrid 30% Remote) Location: Houston, TX Metro Area (Hybrid: 70% On-site / 30% Remote) Duration: 12+ Months | Long-Term Engagement iSphere is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple technology initiatives supporting global Power and Natural Gas trading operations. This role is laser-focused on Endur Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) implementations — overseeing upgrades, integrations, and large-scale system improvements that directly impact front, middle, and back-office performance. If you’re an experienced project manager with a deep understanding of the energy trading lifecycle — and you’re at your best when driving complex, fast-moving technical programs to completion — this is the challenge for you. What You’ll Do Oversee multiple concurrent Endur implementation and upgrade projects (including v16 to v25+). Drive execution-focused delivery — handling day-to-day project management, scheduling, task tracking, and dependency management. Partner with the Program Manager to align project progress with governance, budget, and stakeholder expectations. Manage resource allocation across teams including developers, BAs, testers, and business SMEs. Identify and mitigate risks early while ensuring project milestones are met with precision. Coordinate system integrations across Front Office (pMotion/gMotion), Middle Office (PnL, risk reporting), and Back Office (confirmations, settlements, scheduling). Support change management, testing, and go-live activities with a disciplined focus on quality and business continuity. Deliver clear project documentation, progress reporting, and leadership-level updates. What You Bring 10+ years of project management experience in technology or trading systems. Multiple successful Endur ETRM implementations (BA or DEV background strongly preferred). Strong grasp of natural gas and power trading lifecycles. Familiarity with Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office trading functions. Working understanding of supporting domains — Treasury, Credit, Accounting, Tax, and Compliance. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills — you know how to manage details without losing sight of the big picture.
