Were proud of that and hope you will be too.Do we have your attentionKeep reading.As a Senior Project Manager youll take ownership of the entire project lifecycleplanning design manufacturing assembly testing and financial reportingwhile ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will also work with the PM team to develop processes within the department and mentor other members on the PMO process. Youll play a critical role in maintaining strong customer relationships and support continuous improvement across our operations.What Youll DoDevelop and manage detailed project plans including scheduling resource allocation and risk mitigation.Assist the PM team on critical decisions and develop more junior members on the PMO process.Serve as the primary customer contact providing regular updates addressing concerns and ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.Coordinate across engineering manufacturing finance and other teams to ensure smooth project execution.Work with the Director of Operations and lead the development of processes/tools to improve efficiencies within the PMO group.Monitor quality and ensure deliverables meet both customer requirements and internal standards.Track and report project performance including costs forecasts and progress updates.Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.Lead project closeout activities including final documentation lessons learned and customer feedback.What Were Looking ForBachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related field.5 years of proven experience managing multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.Hands-on experience with commissioning and troubleshooting industrial automation or packaging machinery.Strong ability to interpret technical drawings specifications and financial data.Proficiency with MS Project ERP systems Excel and other project management tools.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a drive for continuous improvement.Strong leadership and communication skills to foster collaboration accountability and innovation.Knowledge of packaging machinery regulatory standards (FDA ISO CE Mark) preferred.Familiarity with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies a plus.PMP PRINCE2 or other project management certifications are a plus.Whats in it for youTheres no monopoly on good ideas or limits to how far you can advance with our team.
