We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the development of a major new hospital building project. Join our team and contribute to positively transforming the built environment.What Youll Be DoingPlan design and organize internal work for healthcare-focused projects throughout all phases. These activities will begin with a focus on this singular significant projectManage construction administration servicesCoordinate with external consultants and regulatory agenciesPerform or oversee quality control and technical reviewsPerform as a backup to the Principal-in-Charge for client communicationsParticipate in 360 learning-mentoring opportunities and efforts to improve efficiencyRequirementsWho Were Looking ForReady to join the project team soonMinimum 15 years of professional experience with production and/or construction administration of architectural projects including freestanding Type I buildingsSome California healthcare project experience is essentialMinimum BArch degreeArchitectural licensure is preferredLEED accreditation is considered a plusMust work well in a collaborative/integrated environmentStrong management communication and organizational skillsStrong technical production and people skills with software proficiency that includes Revit Adobe Creative Cloud Bluebeam and Microsoft 365 applications Please include a cover letter stating your employment goals or at minimum an objective statement within your resume.
