Job Summary:Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team! This position is located in St. Louis, MO or Denver, CO. Duties:Lead technology projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the specified requirementsManage the full project lifecycle for 5-6 concurrent, complex projectsWork with a 10-foot view perspective, diving deep into technical details to understand system architecture, API functionality, and cloud-based implementationsServe as the technical go-to person, understanding system concepts and capabilities better than high-level stakeholdersEngage with development teams to identify unrealistic timelines or technical blockages and align genuine project velocityCoordinate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and communicate project status to stakeholdersLead and manage technical projects from inception to completionDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholdersDevelop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocationCoordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, testers, and business analystsMonitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completionIdentify and manage risks, issues, and changes to project scopeCommunicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and senior managementEnsure compliance with industry standards and best practicesManage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resourcesDesired Skills/Experience:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldProven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar roleStrong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies such as: Agile and ScrumExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency in project management tools such as: JIRA and Microsoft ProjectBenefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance PlansEmployee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP)401K offeredThe approximate pay range for this position is between $55.00 and $65.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
