Full-timeDescriptionAs the Senior Project Manager Water/Wastewater Treatment Plants at Lockwood Andrews & Newnam Inc. you will play a pivotal role in managing and directing a team of professionals responsible for the planning design and execution of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You will ensure project success client satisfaction and adherence to regulatory requirements. This role combines technical expertise project management skills and leadership abilities to drive our water/wastewater projects to successful completion. We also want you to bring innovative ideas to our projects and clients on treatment systems to improve efficiencies lifecycle costs maintenance and other benefits.Job SummaryThe Senior Project Manager role is responsible for managing and coordinating all project efforts to ensure effective execution. Prepares financial work plans and serves as a primary client liaison.Job ResponsibilitiesCreate direct and oversee strategic plans for overall success throughout the project lifecycle. Establishes project scope goals deliverables ensure QAQC protocols. Plan track and schedule timelines and milestones.Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.Develop and deliver progress reports proposals requirements documentation and presentations.Supervise project team members and contractors and influence all to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.Build develop and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.Develop and maintain client relationships and participate in interviews.RequirementsRequired Education & ExperienceBachelors degree in the field of architecture engineering or construction management required.10 years of experiencePreferred Education & ExperienceProven track record of successfully managing or task-led treatment projects.Strong knowledge of industry standards regulations and best practices.Stay current on new technologies equipment and treatment innovationsLockwood Andrews & Newnam Inc.
