This is a great opportunity for an individual seeking a highly visible and responsible position with a full service commercial real estate development company whose presence is growing throughout the Western United States. Other duties may be assigned. Accounting & Reporting: Prepare monthly financial statement analysis in accordance with GAAP Prepare monthly and quarterly variance reportsPrepare lender reporting packages and compliance certificationsPrepare monthly bank reconciliations Record monthly adjusting and accrual entries (including construction and retention)Update fixed asset system for additions and disposals and record monthly depreciation/amortizationRun monthly depreciation and record entriesReview CIP scheduleMonitor cash balances Work with AM and PM teams on other operational reporting initiatives, as necessaryAssist in the annual audit and tax return preparation Assist in annual budget preparation Prepare property distributionsStraight line scheduleUtility billbacksCAM reconciliationsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in accounting3+ years prior real estate accounting experience, preferably commercialYardi a plusInterested in hearing more?
