We work in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization, generating results that allow our clients to thrive.What You'll DoWe're looking for a curious, adaptable, and relationship-driven recruiter to join the BCG X Global Recruiting Team, based in New York or Boston.As a Senior Recruiter in the BCG X North America Recruiting Team, you will support talent acquisition activities with responsibility for vacancy management and recruiting operations for various capabilities within the X business. This full lifecycle recruiter role will support a diverse range of positions from inception to completion with responsibility for managing stakeholder relationships, candidate sourcing, vendor management, talent selection, interview scheduling, offer management and on-boarding. Working in close partnership with the regional and global teams, the role will also have wider responsibilities supporting regional strategy, operational effectiveness, and recruitment best practice across the region.What You'll Do Full lifecycle management of vacancies across a diverse range of industries and organization functions with primary focus on various capabilities within the analytics functionManage key stakeholder relationships as a trusted partner and valued advisor, building a deep understanding of their business, function knowledge and/or technical skills, role requirements and desired candidate profilesIdentify high quality candidates through the proactive sourcing of active and passive candidates via direct channels, job postings, social media, web sourcing, talent mapping, vendors, networking & other innovative sourcing techniquesManage candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to final offer while providing a competency-based assessment and candidate recommendation to the hiring panelBuild talent pipelines to fill current and future roles to drive improvements in time to hireManage recruitment campaigns for any volume hiring needs or brand building eventsSupport the regional recruitment strategy by contributing to and implementing regional initiatives to global projects; locally identify and implement improvements creativelyProvide excellent candidate experience through efficient process management, supporting interview scheduling where requiredMake independent decisions with minimum guidance, coordinate and push internal initiatives, processes, projects, with guidance where needed, build internal networksReview key metrics and performance measures for the region such as time to hire, cost per hire and quality of hire, and making recommendations for enhancements wherever possibleEnsure global best practices are embedded in the region to drive operational effectiveness through process improvements and the ongoing coaching and mentoring of hiring managers and the regional HR teamWhat You'll BringYOU BRINGMinimum of 4 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience from professional services, analytics consulting, or research firmsStrong understanding of talent market in analytics capabilities such as predictive analytics, data engineering, risk analytics, rapid prototyping, operational research and business modellingUnderstanding of market talent pool, sourcing channels, hiring trends, cultural norms, compensation benchmarksIn-house full lifecycle recruitment experience with an international organizationDeep knowledge and proven success of utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter for successful hiresWell versed with Applicant Tracking Systems (Eightfold, iCIMs, WorkDay etc.)Clear and effective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to be responsive and effective in a fast-paced yet consensus-based corporate culture, to multitask and operate effectively in a matrix organizationExperience building internal network with senior leaders and advising senior stakeholders as subject matter expertBachelor's degree or equivalent requiredWho You'll Work WithThe BCG X People Team to attract and select top talent through: Best in class recruiting excellence, innovative sourcing, and an engaging talent brand.Additional info For US locations only In the US, we have a compensation transparency approach.Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.• The base salary range for this role begins at $99,000.00 in our lowest cost US region and goes up to $121,700.00 in our highest cost US region. Your recruiting contact can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range.
