This is a 6-month contract role with the possibility of extension or conversion to full-time depending on organizational needs. While we operate hybrid without a strict in-office policy we are prioritizing candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our office is in Mountain View CA.ResponsibilitiesDrive and manage the full recruiting lifecycle across multiple functions at Contextual intake sourcing screening and stakeholder alignment to offer negotiation and closing.Build strong diverse pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter Gem Greenhouse CRM campaigns and creative out-of-the-box sourcing know how to identify talent beyond obvious channels.Partner closely with hiring managers executives and the broader People act as a strategic advisor setting expectations refining hiring needs and executing hiring plans with speed and quality.Own and run the closing with compensation and hiring managers to craft competitive offers and close top-tier talent.Raise the hiring -level interview practices drive structure and consistency and coach stakeholders to build exceptional teams.Deliver a world-class candidate as a trusted ambassador for Contextual AI ensuring every touchpoint reflects excellence.What Were Looking For5 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced high-growth thrive in ambiguity and move with urgency.4 years of full-cycle GTM recruiting experience.
