Location: Manhattan, NYC In-Person

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Recruiter to run a full desk within a fast-paced Travel Nurse Recruiting environment. This is an in-person, full-time role for an experienced recruiter with a proven production history and an existing book of business who is ready to significantly grow earnings.

• Run a full recruiting desk from sourcing through placement
• Source, screen, interview, and place travel nurse candidates
• Manage job postings and candidate pipelines
• Partner with hiring managers and internal teams
• Maintain and grow existing TOAs while generating new business
• Consistently hit and exceed monthly production goals

• Proven full-desk recruiting experience
• 35+ TOAs post-COVID
• Existing book of business with 30-35 active TOAs and ability to migrate
• Background in Travel Nurse Recruiting
• Strong work ethic, competitive mindset, and consistent production

• Base Salary: $55,000 (salary floats based on monthly sales)
• Commission: 4%-10% of average monthly sales (not margin)
• Total Compensation Range:
  • $110,000 on the low end
  • $200,000+ for top performers
