About 20% travel to client locations in WI IL and/or MN is required.Responsibilities:Providepro-active and on-going consultation regarding regulatory compliance risk assessment remediation monitoring research interpretation change management education and board and management reportingUtilize consultative approach to assist financial services clients to develop and strengthen their compliance management systemProvide compliance expertise and potential solutions to identifying regulatory gaps and associated risksPresent information in a concise and effective manner to the board of directors audit or supervisory committee management and business linesConduct routine regulatory compliance testing for federal consumer compliance regulationsLead client engagements and engagement teams as neededKnowledge Skills and AbilitiesQualifications:Bachelors Degree5 years of experience in banking / financial institutionsExperience in creating executing and documenting regulatory compliance auditsKnowledge and experience in lendingExcellent oral written communication and presentation skills; able to communicate effectively with both technical and business partners as well as executive managementStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize in a high volume high paced dynamic environmentAbout 20% travel to client locations within the U.S. is requiredCarly Seidl from our recruiting team will be guiding you through this process.
