This position provides exceptional service to build and strengthen customer relationships while working with clients that are $500K $30M in revenue including C&I CRE and SBA. Responsible for new business development through referral sources and cold calling efforts.What Youll DoIncrease the Banks profitability by cultivating new commercial business relationshipsMaintain and develop existing portfolio by assessing and meeting clients business and personal needs; negotiate proper loan structure and effectively cross sell productsMaintain properly documented files and manage renewals and collection efforts on past dues and defaulted loansMaintain comprehensive understanding of current commercialproducts offered in the market and keeps informed of all relevant industry trends and practicesTake ownership of credit sheet content and quality by working closely with credit analysts on their successful and timely completionWork closely with internal partners to generate internal referrals as wells as developing an external network of centers of influenceResponsible for understanding the impact of lending on the banks CRA goalsQualificationsBachelors Degree in business finance or accounting7 years commercial lending/banking experienceFormal bank credit training is highly preferredSolid understanding of general credit and risk principles mitigates and banking policies/proceduresExceptional verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills with a proven ability establishing client relationships and working within a team environmentExcellent organizational skills with the ability to proactively manage and prioritize workflowBenefits:Medical Insurance Dental Vision Life insurance Accidental death and dismemberment Short-term and long-term Disability Insurance Parental Leave Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Traditional and Roth 401(k) with company match Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Employee Stock Purchase Plan at 5% discount Critical Illness Insurance Accident Insurance Transportation and Commuting Benefits Banking Benefits Pet InsuranceCompensationThe estimated salary range for this role is $98000-$158000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus.
