Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Restructuring Attorney / Partner to join our dynamic legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate professional to contribute their expertise in bankruptcy and insolvency law. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing strategic advice and legal direction to clients facing financial distress, including debtors, creditors, and other interested parties. Responsibilities: As a Senior Restructuring Attorney / Partner, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 1. Providing comprehensive legal advice on all aspects of bankruptcy, including Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases, and insolvency. 2. Representing debtors, creditors, committees, equity holders, and other interested parties in bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court restructurings. 3. Overseeing the liquidation and restructuring of financially distressed businesses. 4. Developing and implementing strategic plans for workouts and insolvency-related litigation. 5. Advising clients on the legal implications of financial decisions, helping them to minimize risk and maximize operational efficiency. 6. Negotiating and drafting complex restructuring agreements and other legal documents. 7. Keeping abreast of legislative changes that may affect bankruptcy and insolvency laws and procedures. 8. Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Senior Restructuring Attorney / Partner position will possess the following qualifications: 1. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. 2. Admission to practice law in the state. 3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in bankruptcy and insolvency law, with a focus on Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases. 4. Proven experience representing debtors, creditors, and other interested parties in bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court restructurings. 5. Expertise in liquidation, restructuring, workouts, and insolvency-related litigation. 6. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to draft complex legal documents. 7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members at all levels. 8. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. 9. The ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines. 10.
