Werehiring immediately.We offer a competitive hourly rate flexible work schedules Paid Drive Time VisionHealthDental and mileage reimbursement for assigned store work hours.Sr. Field Merchandiser - Sales & MerchandisingLocations: Various cities in Northern New Jersey and additional cities such as Mays Landing NJ Ocean City NJ Sommers Point NJ Ventnor City NJPayrate:Up to $21 per hour (Depending On Experience)Hours:Up to 40 hours weeklyEssential Job Functions:Service store routes according to the assigned call cycle frequencies working closely with the L&R District Manager (DM) to drive execution excellence for our Customers CustomersAbility to service open stores in the territory as needed based on geography in support of DMBe the Go-To person within District to assist with store coverage Executive walks remodels etc.High level of knowledge of tools processes and KPIs to support DM with Training as neededPlace orders for required inventory according to store ordering guidelines utilizing a company-supplied Tablet with Repsly software.Stock shelves with delivered merchandise work backstock when necessary and create category orders promptlyMaintain knowledge of current sales promotions and policies regarding invoicing exchanges and returns.Familiarity with planograms and footage by department while balancing sales and inventory controlAssist with in-store training for new hiresOther Tasks and Responsibilities:Maintain efficient communication with Store Associates upon each store visitVerify Merchandise shipments upon receipt and checked in by authorized store personnelProvide consistent professional communication with Store Management and Store AssociatesClean and organize display cases and shelves as neededConduct store surveys and audits per request including but not limited to taking photographs of assigned departments to solve store issuesOpportunity to service additional stores upon business needs and necessityAbility to conduct physical work frequently lifting up to 40 lbs.Qualifications:Must have served 2 years as an L&R FM or 3 years with a reputable 3rd party Merchandising companyBeen a consistently high performer with high-level use of Repsly & understanding of L&Rs KPIsMust be able to work Full-Time hours & flexible to cover stores as requestedExcellent customer service and verbal communication skillsHigh School Diploma or G.E.DMust have a valid drivers licenseYour own personal vehicle since youll be driving to and from storesProof of Car InsuranceMotor vehicle history with 3 or fewer moving violations within the last 36 months (3 years)Computer or smartphone with an internet connectionAt L&R Distributors we do not seek salary history information from applicants Required Experience:Senior IC Key Skills Customer Service,Computer Skills,Retail Sales,Analysis Skills,Assembly Experience,Research Experience,Schematics,Merchandising,IOS,Picking and Packing,SAS,Stocking Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
