Senior Risk Manager, Last Mile at Amazon

Were seeking an experienced risk and legal professional to manage the corporate representative program for Last this role you will represent Amazon in legal proceedings and manage the corporate representative program by building and managing a roster of corporate representatives.Key job responsibilities Serve as corporate representative in depositions trials and other legal proceedings Gain comprehensive knowledge of Last Mile operations policies and procedures Work directly with Counsel to prepare for proceedings Review and verify discovery responses and corporate documents Maintain and document current knowledge of operational changes and program evolution Build and maintain a roster of additional qualified corporate representatives Lead post-testimony evaluations and improvement initiatives- Bachelors degree or equivalent- 6 years of compliance audit or risk management experience- 5 years of program or project Management experience- Experience in litigation- Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround or experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines- Strong public speaking and presentation skills- Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent- J.D. or Masters degree- Prior experience as a corporate representativeAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status disability or other legally protected status.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers. The base pay for this position ranges from $109000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
