Are you ready to be audacious be bold and drive change at a rapid pace Join us where well make a greater impact together.What Youll do:Responsibilities:Design and develop stable secure and scalable RPA solutions using UiPath using REFramework and other development best practicesMaintain and update technical documentationFollow and recommend improvements of good best practices methodologies QA/testing policies and proceduresRecommend continual improvements for RPA solutionsAuthor and maintain Solution Design Documents (SDDs) process definitions and other automation artifacts to support development and knowledge transferBuild deploy and monitor automations in UiPath Orchestrator including queue management scheduling and asset configurationLeverage UiPath Automation Suite to deliver enterprise-grade automations across cloud and on-premises environmentsDevelop and configure UiPath Autopilot experiences to support AI-assisted decision-making and user-guided automationImplement Document Understanding workflows to process structured semi-structured and unstructured data using AI models and OCRIntegrate UiPath with third-party systems and APIs to enable seamless end-to-end process automationCollaborate with business analysts process SMEs and testers to ensure automations align with business requirements and deliver measurable valueParticipate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning daily standups retrospectives) to ensure iterative transparent and high-quality deliveryRequired Qualifications:Bachelors degree and 5 years of progressive development experience; OR a Masters degree and 2 years of relevant work experience: OR 10 years of relevant work experience in the IT fieldAt least 3 years as a Robotic Process Automation developer UiPath highly preferred Federal ecosystem experience preferredExperience leading the configuration development testing and deployment of automation solutions using Agile methodologiesDemonstrated experience with Python and Object-oriented languages scripting and database query languagesStrong understanding of project and change management concepts preferably involving IT implementations and UAT managementStrong understanding of UiPath Autopilot and AI Center configuration and capabilitiesStrong communication presentation and organization skills; multi-tasking and time management skills are essentialMust be a US Citizen per contract requirementsAbility to obtain and maintain government Secret security clearance as required by contractMust be local to the Washington DC metro area and willing to come onsite as neededPreferred Experience:UiPath Automation Developer Associate or Professional certificationKnowledge of UiPath tools Orchestrator and MaestroUnderstanding of financial management aspects (i.e. financial operations internal control risk management etc.) particularly in a federal environmentSkills:Certification:Why Youll Never Want to Leave:Comprehensive medical dental and vision plansFlexible Spending Account4% 401K Match (immediate vesting)Paid Time OffTuition reimbursement certification programs and professional developmentFlexible work scheduleOn-site gym and childcare optionThe salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
