JOB DESCRIPTION Schedule: 6-430/7-530 with flex depending on business needs including holidays and weekends (10 hour days with 30 min non-billable lunch) THIS ROLE IS 100% ONSITE AT LOCATION ON REQ MUST RUN MVR AS THIS ROLE MAY INCLUDE DRIVING Top Skills/Responsibilities: Ensure compliance for the safety of site workers and general public Conduct daily site safety inspections, safety assessments and safety audits Investigate incidents and complete associated paperwork -5+ year of construction safety experience Drive corrective action Qualifications/Skills/Responsibilities: The Construction Safety Specialist will perform construction safety related duties on projects for new manufacturing facilities Duties as required by 1926 OSHA Standards for Construction Ensure compliance for the safety of site workers and general public Develop safety kick-off presentations and conduct on-site orientations and pre-shift meetings Conduct daily site safety inspections, safety assessments and safety audits Investigate incidents and complete associated paperwork Conduct risk assessments Make recommendations concerning the modification, improvement, or removal of any company equipment, facilities, or machinery that is hazardous to employee safety or health Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports as requested by Client Serve as company liaison with overseeing municipalities, OSHA, Insurance carriers and other regulatory agencies Maintain all safety related documentation
