Click here to learn more about Group Benefits solutions.*This position will be based in Chattanooga TN with a hybrid schedule of three days per week in the office or fully remote for the right candidate*Role Overview:Reporting to the Benefits Technology Lead you will support the development and execution of the benefits technology roadmap. Youll lead strategic initiatives build and manage vendor relationships and act as a central resource for benefits technology partnerships.What Youll Do:Developing and managing aligned benefits technology vendor relationships acting as the single point of contact and overseeing contracts and performance.Leading resolution of issues for aligned vendor relationships and ensuring consistent evaluation against division and client goals.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to collect market intelligence and shape effective strategies.Serving as the internal expert on benefits technology solutions and industry trends and supporting preferred partner engagement.Creating and disseminating educational materials and tools that communicate vendor value propositions to internal and external sales teams.Driving process efficiencies related to enrollment and administration in partnership with benefits technology vendors.Managing strategic initiatives such as benefits technology funding to support roadmap goals including new sales growth persistency and participation outcomes.What Youll Bring:Bachelors degree in business health management or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.Minimum 8 years of insurance industry experience preferably in benefits technology.Proven ability to build strong relationships with vendor and distribution partners.Strategic mindset with the ability to lead initiatives with minimal direction.Innovative thinker with a creative approach to challenges.Strong leadership skills in guiding cross-functional teams toward successful results.High level of accountability and self-direction in a dynamic work environment.Agile and adaptable with a startup mentality.Required Skills:Strategic vendor relationship management and contract oversightStrong cross-functional leadership and communication skillsAbility to develop market-informed strategies and tacticsExperience in benefits technology funding and process optimizationExcellent organizational and self-management abilitiesProven track record in achieving growth and performance targetsPreferred Skills:Experience in benefits technology solutions and implementationFamiliarity with enrollment and administrative platformsSkilled in developing educational materials for sales enablementKnowledge of industry trends and competitive positioningIt is recommended that all qualified candidates apply to this posting as soon as possible.
