Bartlett Roofing is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our growing team in Kennesaw, Georgia! Join us and be part of something great!Compensation Structure: $70,000 annual salary plus a competitive, uncapped performance-based commission structure.Job Type: Full-time, 40+ hours/weekWhat You'll DoConduct sales meetings with team members to review performance and deliver training.Perform one-on-one meetings with direct reports.Manage team and hold them accountable using KPIs that have been established by the leadership team and direct supervisor.Actively train veteran and new reps to ensure proper practice of job duties and performance.Develop team members by actively contributing to their growth through coaching in office and in the field.Review resumes and facilitate interviews for the hiring process to build team.Act as final approver for jobs prior to installation day.Who You Are5+ years of sales experience required2+ years of sales management and/or leadership experience preferredMinimum of 3 years experience in insurance restoration.Roofing experience preferred.
