Strategic Execution & Sales LeadershipBreak down high-level objectives into clear executable steps for managers and reps.Ensure sales strategies are implemented effectively and drive measurable results.2. Data-Driven Decision MakingAnalyze sales performance data to inform strategy and improve outcomes.Implement a structured reporting framework to provide leadership with clear insights.3. Accountability & Performance ManagementSet clear expectations for sales managers and reps ensuring consistent follow-ups.Track performance against KPIs providing coaching and actionable feedback.4. Sales Training & DevelopmentWork closely with managers and reps to enhance sales skills product knowledge and territory planning.Conduct structured coaching sessions and field visits to model best practices.5. Influence & Change ManagementDrive adoption of new sales strategies by securing buy-in from stakeholders.Lead by example building momentum with small wins that create long-term success.Qualifications : Proven experience in sales leadership strategic execution and performance management.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Excellent coaching training and team development abilities.Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change through strong leadership.Experience implementing KPI-driven sales structures and accountability frameworks.Additional Information : Techo-Bloc offers formal sales and product knowledge training and boasts the industrys most extensive video library for continued self-paced education.Sales Managers are eligible for uncapped sales bonuses with an average earnings potential of $125000 - $150000 per year.The starting pay will depend on various factors including but not limited to relevant professional and industry experience education and certifications.Physical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
