Senior Sales Representative MedTech Startup (1099 Role)Locations:Northeast territory - be based in Boston MD DC VAWere seeking a driven results-oriented sales professional to join a fast-growing healthtech startup thats transforming surgical care with AI-powered solutions. This role is ideal for a hunter who thrives on opening doors building relationships and closing deals across high-value healthcare markets.Key Responsibilities:Prospect and close new business with Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) Oral Surgeons private practices hospitals and specialty clinicsManage the full sales cycle from outreach to contract executionDeliver compelling product presentations and demos to clinical and administrative stakeholdersCollaborate closely with product and clinical teams to ensure customer success and shape the go-to-market strategyWhat Were Looking For:5 years of healthcare medical device or healthtech sales experienceProven success meeting and exceeding quotasStrong presentation and relationship-building skillsTechnology sales experience preferredExisting relationships in ASCs Oral Surgery or specialty practices preferredSelf-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environmentWillingness to travel up to 50%Compensation & Perks:1099 role with $7080K base commission (target $150K fully uncapped potential)Early equity participationFlexible schedule and significant growth opportunity as the company scales Key Skills Sales Experience,B2B Sales,Customer Service,Account Management,Territory Management,Salesforce,Market Research,Outside Sales,Relationship Management,Enterprise Sales,negotiation,Oracle Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
