Job Description

Job Title: - Senior Salesforce CRM Specialist Duration: - Long term Contract Location: - South San Francisco CA (Onsite 3 days / Hybrid ) Key Responsibilities: Provide L2/L3 production support for Salesforce CRM ensuring timely resolution of incidents service requests and user issues. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows validation rules triggers flows integrations and data inconsistencies. Monitor system performance identify recurring issues and implement preventive measures. Collaborate with business users to understand functional problems and provide effective solutions. Work with development teams to analyze defects propose fixes and support deployment activities. Perform routine configuration updates including profiles permission sets page layouts reports dashboards and flows. Ensure compliance with org-wide change management and release management processes. Support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware. Maintain documentation for issue resolutions configurations and standard operating procedures. Skills & Experience: 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM with strong understanding of Sales Cloud Service Cloud and core platform features. Solid experience in production support roles preferably in a high-usage Salesforce environment. Strong skills in declarative configuration (Flows Process Builder Reports Dashboards etc.). Good understanding of Apex SOQL Visualforce and Lightning Components (reading/debugging preferred). Experience working with integration platforms (Boomi REST/SOAP APIs).
