As a Senior Scrum Master within PNCs Technology organization you will be based in Austin TX Dallas TX or Strongsville OH. The position is primarily based in a location within PNCs footprintPNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.Looking for a Scrum Master to lead the delivery of multiple large-scale cross-functional software development projects. This role requires strong leadership strategic planning and hands-on experience in Agile methodologies to drive team performance and deliver high-quality solutions.Key Responsibilities:Manage delivery of multiple complex software development projects across cross-functional teams.Lead and coach Scrum teams on Agile principles values and best practices.Improve team performance metrics including:Increased sprint commitment accuracyBoosted sprint velocity through motivation and continuous improvement.Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop strategic roadmaps using Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Gather requirements define scope prepare sprint plans allocate resources and establish timelines to meet or exceed project expectations.Facilitate working sessions with technical teams to design solutions for complex requirements.Remove impediments mitigate risks and lead end-to-end project demos release planning and process improvements.Create real-time project status reports using JIRA and Confluence reducing time spent on manual reporting and enabling faster decision-making.Measure and improve DevOps performance using DORA metrics.Deployment frequency improvement from monthly to biweekly.Implement CI/CD pipelines feature flags automated health checks and Splunk alerts.Define and standardize processes:User story templates.Support ticket workflows.Definition of Done checklists.Communication channels for external teams.Qualifications:Proven experience managing Agile software development projects.Strong knowledge of Scrum Agile principles and DevOps practices.Proficiency with JIRA Confluence and CI/CD tools.Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to drive process improvements and deliver measurable results.Preferred Certifications:Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM)Project Management Professional (PMP)PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.Job DescriptionDraws on past experience supports and facilitates a number Scrum Team(s) with varying levels of complexity in various functions by fostering Agile values and practices.Ensures team adherence to Agile principles. Provides coaching to the team(s) including newly formed teams on how to execute the Scrum Framework. May provide guidance to less experienced Scrum Masters.Organizes and facilitates ceremonies recommends and executes on improvement opportunities to optimize velocity and while mitigating risk. Tracks and communicates the overall team progress providing visibility to stakeholders.Takes a broader perspective to provide solutions to complex challenges. Serves as a filter to remove impediments to progress identified by the team(s).
