Job Description
Job Summary:Our client is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join their team! This position is located in Celebration, Florida. Duties:Design and optimize performant queries, and clearly communicate reasons behind inefficient or costly queriesBuild meaningful, sustainable dashboards and maintain comprehensive documentationSize, tune, and optimize containers and services to ensure performance and reliabilityManage the full lifecycle of the monitoring stack, including upgrades, scaling, and reliability improvementsDevelop and maintain desired-state configurations and reusable, environment-agnostic automation playbooksIdentify known issues and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiencyApply strong understanding of Kubernetes concepts and patterns to support platform operationsWork with and support surrounding infrastructure such as DNS, firewalls, load balancers, storage, and networkingOperate with an on-premises mindset Desired Skills/Experience:5+ years of related work experienceProficient in agile environmentsApplied understanding of observability principles using relevant toolsHands-on experience with CI tools like Gitlab-CI, Harness, and Azure DevOpsProficient in configuration management tools: Ansible and Group PolicyExperience in procedural programming languages such as: Python, Go, Bash and PowerShellSkilled in Cloud environments such as: AWS and AzureCollaborative in building reliable, scalable enterprise systemsCapable of identifying root causes in large-scale distributed systemsProficient in Windows and Linux administration, troubleshooting, and securityExperience leading technical projects and ensuring smooth deliveryComfortable with collaborative work with Security Operations teams for secure solutionsStrong troubleshooting skills across systems, network, and codeProficiency in Automation and Visibility Instrumentation, with a proactive demeanor towards continuous learning and skill development, and an interest in mastering emerging data engineering tools and methodologiesBenefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance PlansEmployee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP)401K offeredThe approximate pay range for this position is between $55.57 and $79.38. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
