Become part of a team dedicated to making a tangible contribution to our nations defense capabilities.Key Responsibilities: Develops and continually improves regression and acceptance tests including automated testsTests investigates and manages defects and discrepancies for software with and without a UIProvides test leadership as part of the software development teamsContinually evaluates and helps refine internal and external customer requirementsDevelops test strategies to meet the release schedule for multiple programsAssists in directing student employees in the test and independent validation and verification processMaintains strict confidentiality of sensitive informationDevelops new test methodologies for emerging technologiesRequired Qualifications: Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain US Government Security ClearanceBS degree in a technical field with 10 years of relevant experience or a MS degree with 8 years of relevant experienceConsidered an expert in the field of software testing and configuration management processesDemonstrated broad knowledge understanding and perspective in software test application and test itemsAbility to relate well to people at all levels inside and outside of the organizationWorking knowledge of Linux and WindowsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and with team membersSkill with one or more of the following: C C# Selenium CSS Confluence Jira Zephyr BitBucket VMware/VirtualBox Jenkins Visual Studio SQL GitPreferred Qualifications:Experience in an Agile software development environmentExperience implementing software test in a CI/CD software development environmentActive TS security clearance*Salary Range$117000 - $162000Salary commensurate based on education and experienceThis range serves as a general guideline and may vary based on factors such as role level location market conditions and individual qualifications including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
