From capturing requirements to refining those aligning with our architects teams on implementation to deliver on them you will be on the critical path to delivering impactful new features to our customer base.What you will do:Design implement and maintain production grade software deployed at scaleContribute to Red Hat strategys implementation of mission-critical automationHelp Red Hat Automation Platform maintain its de-facto industry standard automation platform referenceSolve complex problems in the network and infrastructure space; including but not limited to authentication authorization performance distributed systemsWhat you will bring:Passion for automation and an excitement to automate all the things3 years of experience with a modern programming language such as python or goExperience with Containers Kubernetes Cloud providers and REST APIs principlesExperience with industry-standard authentication and authorization protocolsStrong knowledge of infrastructure systems and networks; experience with distributed systemsStrong systems design analysis and architecture skillsProven track record of architecting complex features in a multi-component environmentExperience With The Following Is Considered a PlusDemonstrated knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) including administration and managementFamiliarity with ansible and its ecosystem catalogDemonstrated history of open-source projects contributionsPrevious experience leading development of new product functionality from story discovery through to implementation testing and deployment.The salary range for this position is $116270.00 - $191840.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.Pay TransparencyRed Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location experience applicable skills and training external market value and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hats compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus commission and/or equity.
