Job Summary:Our client is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their team! This position is located in Glendale, California. Duties:Develop next-generation experimentation platforms to power advertising decisioning, large-scale A/B testing, and evolving business needsBuild advanced simulation systems that leverage state-of-the-art techniques to solve complex advertising challenges and boost overall business performanceDesign and implement scalable, high-performance solutions for large-scale data processing and analysisPartner with research teams to transform cutting-edge innovations into production-ready features and systemsArchitect and optimize distributed systems with a strong focus on performance, scalability, reusability, and flexibilityChampion best engineering practices, including design patterns, CI/CD, code reviews, and automated testingContribute across the full software development lifecycle, including system design, experimentation, implementation, deployment, and testingCollaborate cross-functionally with program managers, product managers, SDETs, and researchers in a highly innovative and open engineering environmentDesired Skills/Experience:Bachelor’s Degree5+ years of professional experience4+ years of professional programming and design experience in Java, Python, Scala, etc.Experience of building industry level high available and scalable micro-serviceKnowledge of system, application design and architectureKnowledge of big data processing and bigdata technologiesPassionate about understanding the ad business and seeking innovation opportunities to enhance business effectivenessPassionate about technology, and open to interdisciplinary collaborationsDomain knowledge about advertisingKnowledge for AI/ML technologies and typical technical stacksExperience with big data solutions like Airflow, Databricks, etc.Benefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance PlansEmployee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP)401K offeredThe approximate pay range for this position is between $52.00 and $75.00.
