Job Summary:Our client is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their team! This position is located in Burbank CA, Seattle WA, Orlando FL, New York NY and Bristol CT. Duties:Engage in full-cycle software development, from design and implementation to deploymentTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the entire technology stackCollaborate closely with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality solutionsWrite clean, efficient, and well-structured code following best engineering practicesPerform code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developersIntegrate third-party APIs and services to enhance system functionalityEnsure strong engineering standards by implementing CI/CD practices, automated testing, and DevOps methodologiesDesired Skills/Experience:10+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on Ruby on Rails technologies10+ years with SDLC tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, GitLab, GitHub5+ years developing applications in React or similar JavaScript front end frameworks3+ years with web performance technologies such as CloudFront, Redis, Batcache, ElasticacheStrong understanding of software design patterns, principles, and best practicesExperience with front end technologies such as Angular, React, or Blazor is a plusFamiliarity with cloud platforms, AWS preferred, and containerization with Docker or KubernetesExcellent problem solving skills and attention to detailStrong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, negotiating, and influencing skillsBenefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance PlansEmployee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP)401K offeredThe approximate pay range for this position is between $60.00 and $85.00.
