Trinity Solar, the largest privately held residential solar installer in the nation, is on the lookout for a Senior Solar Installer to power our mission! If you're a skilled professional ready to make a real impact, this is your chance to shine. As a Senior Solar Installer, you'll be the technical backbone of our installation teams. You will ensure every project meets our high standards, adheres to electrical codes, and delivers outstanding value to our customers.

Pay:

$25 - $30/hr

Sign-On Bonus:

What You'll Do:

  • Install electrical service equipment, wiring, and devices for residential solar PV systems.
  • Ensure compliance with Trinity Solar's installation standards, NEC, and local regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges efficiently and safely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle with all necessary tools and materials.
  • Assess jobsite conditions to execute tasks safely and effectively.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Represent Trinity Solar with professionalism and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 4-5 years of electrical or solar installation experience.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC), especially Articles 690-710.
  • Troubleshooting Skills: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve electrical system challenges efficiently.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management and adaptability to changing field conditions.
  • Solar Installation Background: Residential solar installation experience is essential.
  • Equipment Operation: Familiarity with equipment operation (e.g., trenchers, lifts) is a plus.
  • Safety Commitment: High dedication to safety and quality workmanship.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various outdoor conditions.

Typical senior pay: $81k for Pipelayers, Plumbers, Pipefitters, and Steamfitters nationally
