Senior Solution Consultant IDTThe Senior Solution Consultant IDT plays a critical role in driving sales by providing expert-level product and solution consultation to prospective clients. You will partner with Account Executives to win complex sales cycles for ONESOURCE Indirect Tax. Youll bring deep U.S. Sales & Use Tax expertise translate tax and business needs into solution scenarios deliver targeted product demonstrations and shape the business case to deliver desired outcomes for our customers. Youll collaborate across Sales Product Tax Research Sales Engineering and Professional Services to drive successful evaluations and clean handoffs into delivery.Why ONESOURCEImpact: Help global enterprises simplify and automate complex indirect tax at scale.Collaboration: Work at the intersection of tax product and technology.Growth: Influence roadmap and develop domain and presales leadership skills.Location: Remote based position can be based anywhere in the US.About the RoleIn this opportunity as Senior Solution Consultant you will:Sales partnership and strategy: Co-develop pursuit strategies with Account Executives to achieve revenue targets. Qualify client indirect tax environments identify automation opportunities and quantify value. Anticipate objections and position ONESOURCE against the competitive landscape.Solution leadership and demonstrations: Conduct discovery and needs analysis with tax finance and technology stakeholders. Build tailored use cases and deliver focused outcome-oriented demos of ONESOURCE Indirect Tax. Articulate ONESOURCEs value proposition aligned to each prospects critical tax and business drivers.Client advocacy and relationships: Build trusted relationships with senior Tax and Finance leaders. Provide business process consulting to maximize ROI across sales and implementation.Deal orchestration and handoff: Lead all tax consulting activities in assigned pursuits; coordinate ONESOURCE resources during evaluations. Collaborate with Professional Services on estimates and Statements of Work (SOWs). Ensure clear objectives scope and deliverables for seamless transition to implementation.Ecosystem and thought leadership: Engage third party tax advisors (e.g. Big Four firms) when advantageous to the pursuit. Partner with Product Management and Tax Research on industry trends roadmap feedback and capability gaps.Contribute to demo environments scripts and content with Marketing and Sales Consulting.Support RFP responses and deliver product updates/training to the sales organization.About YouYoure a fit for the role of Senior Solutions Consultant if you have:Bachelors or Masters in Accounting Taxation Finance Business or related; JD/LLM and/or Computer Science a plus.5 years of U.S. indirect tax domain experience (Sales & Use; Fees). VAT knowledge a plus.5 years in customer-facing roles (pre-sales consulting or equivalent).Experience with tax automation and integrations; familiarity with ERPs (SAP Oracle) and financial systems.Understanding of audit challenges in corporate indirect tax.Excellent communication discovery storytelling and presentation skills.Willingness to travel within territory as needed. The target total cash compensation range varies across locations.

For any eligible US locations unless otherwise noted the target total cash compensation range for this role is $143500 - $266500.

This is inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive.
Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individuals knowledge skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
