Senior Sourcing Manager, MRO at Mars

Job Description:The MGS (Mars Global Services) Commercial Category Leader MRO is responsible for shaping executing and institutionalizing a comprehensive 35 year end-to-end category strategy that aligns with Mars Segment priorities across Petcare Mars Wrigley and Food. Overseeing approximately $200M in annual North America MRO spend and supporting $30M across LATAM this role manages all spare parts and operational supplies for 40 manufacturing sites. The Category Leader partners with regional teams to deliver annual Commercial targets provides strategic leadership and subject matter expertise to guide internal decision-making and works closely with the Global Category Director and FSM team to optimize safety cost quality risk and availability in line with the Mars Commercial Manual and MGS governance. Externally the role leads supplier strategy sourcing and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) driving continuous improvement and ensuring effective issue resolution.
